The Consortium provides a number of initiatives and resources for local, regional and national audiences. In particular, the Outreach office collaborates with K-12 schools, post-secondary institutions, community groups, businesses and media.

The Institute for the Study of the Americas at UNC Chapel Hill and

At the Institute for the Study of the Americas at UNC Chapel Hill, you will find the Film and Video Collection, with approximately 600 videos and DVD’s available, multimedia presentations, traveling exhibits, the Latino Migration Project and the Yucatec Maya Program.
At the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies at Duke University, you will find information on teacher travel tours, K-12 Curriculum Resources, Teaching Units, Cultural Discovery Boxes, Teacher Book Clubs, University and Community College Summer Research Grants and Partner Schools.
